Own Art with a 0% Loan

Bircham Gallery is one of the founding members of the Arts Council's new Own Art scheme launched in England in December 2004.

Funded by the Arts Council England, this scheme offers an interest free loan of up to £2,000. It can be used in full or part payment for works of art by living British artists, repayable over a 10 month period.
