Print Show

30 January – 24 March 2010

We will be showing wood engravings by Sarah van Niekerk who is inspired by all manner of subjects; the landscape and growing things, animals and natural patterns. Her designs are bold and full of movement.

Trevor Price's drypoints and etchings are in some way a reflection of his life. Settings are mainly coastal but personal references are also evident; the intimacy between a couple, obsessions and complete fantasies.

Suffolk printmaker Dale Devereux Barker specialises in reduction linocuts and screen-prints. His work combines a celebration of colour and form with warmly engaging subject matter. Events of everyday life are transformed into colourful images loaded with humour and feeling; objects about the home, mealtimes, figures in interiors or engaged in daily activity all take on a new life through his very personal imagery.

Also exhibiting are Howard Phipps, Colin See-Paynton, Clare Curtis, Hilke MacIntyre, Nicholas Ward, Ross Loveday, Catherine Headley, Richard Bawden, H.J Jackson, James Dodds and Robert Greenhalf.

Jewellery showcase by Hannah Bedford.
